NAN Cards and Payment

Please note that NAMHSA encourages the use of delivery confirmation on all NAN cards when mailing them in to the Merit Award Coordinator. Fees may be paid either by check or money order made payable to NAMHSA and mailed with your NAN cards, by using our Paypal checkout below or by going to PayPal and sending the fee to treasurer@namhsa.org. Incomplete and/or incorrect cards used to apply for a Merit Award will delay your application until such time as a correctly filled out card is submitted.
