NAN Judge Nominations

Help make NAN 2010 an extraordinary experience: Nominate candidates for Judges for this year's Nationals!

Jackie Arns-Rossi and Eleanor Harvey (NAN Co-Chairs) are looking for a deep pool of outstanding judges for this year's NAN. We are asking for nominations for judges you feel have performed at the highest level in any division or individual type of class. Our goal is to establish the judging roster in time to announce judges during the on-line entry process--so please get your nominations in NOW! Preliminary deadline is April 30.

Nominations should be sent to Jackie at: drsteggy@gmail.com

Your email should include:

Nominee's name and email address
where this person judged, and when (within the last 3 years)
why you feel this person would make a good judge at NAN
specific divisions or classes at which you feel this judge excels

Please no self-nominations: If you are interested in being a judge at this year's NAN, please ask someone to nominate you! All Nominations must come from a NAMHSA Member (it's in the bylaws :))

Judging candidates will be notified, and asked to fill out a questionnaire detailing:

their availability during NAN,
their strengths and weaknesses as a judge,
preferred classes and classes they prefer NOT to judge,
and for artists, which classes they CANNOT judge based on the chances of encountering their work in a class
