Show Day Packets, information from the Registrar 3/22/14

Good day all,

Your Show Day packets will contain your badge, horse tags and class list information.

On the Monday before NAN I will be having two "packet pickup" sessions. Details of when and where will follow as we get closer to NAN.

When you pick up your packet, please ensure you have everything you need.

You can pick up your packets the morning of each Show Day as well.

When you pick up your packet you will be required to sign the NAN Code of Conduct in order to receive your packet.

If you will have a helper, that person will also need to be present and sign the NAN Code of Conduct.

IMPORTANT! When you pick up your packet, have a picture ID. While I know some of you, I do not know all of you.

If you need for someone else to pick up your packet, you will need to inform me ahead of time. If I'm not aware of this, that person will NOT be allowed to collect your packet. Period.

For those of you that will be showing by proxy, since you won't be there, you do not sign a Code of Conduct. Your proxy shower will be collecting your packet.
