MARCH 16

-Lynn Weber (webmistress) posted that she was working on finalizing the new website. She posted links, and said that she thought the weekend of March 27/28 would be a good time to launch the new site.

-Bobbi Devine (recording secretary) posted the minutes report from March 1-15, 2010. The minutes were approved.

MARCH 21

-Lindsey Hall (President) asked for a volunteer to coordinate the MSOTY committee. Valerie Parker (region 10 representative) expressed interest in chairing the committee.

-Marilou Mol (region 8 representative) forwarded a question from a member regarding memberships and the voting process. Danielle Miller (individual membership secretary) responded that any questions regarding individual memberships can forwarded to her.

MARCH 25

-Lindsey Hall forwarded an email from a member with an informal suggestion regarding a potential NAN 2011 site.

-Jackie Moore (region 6 representative) asked if the discussion regarding whether certain resins and chinas should be standardized as OF or AR should be added to the agenda.

MARCH 27

-Lynn Weber inquired if it was suitable to launch the new website on Sunday, March 28 at 10pm. Lindsey Hall responded that it was a good idea.

MARCH 28

-Danielle Miller asked on behalf of a member for an extension on a NAN 2011 bid preparation. The bidder is awaiting information from the venue. Extension was granted.

-Lynn Weber announced that the new website was live!

MARCH 29

-Bobbi Devine announced that the ballots for the 2010 elections had been sent out. She also requested that Lynn Weber put a note on the website about the elections and ballots.

MARCH 31

-Carra McClelland (region 4 representative) announced that she had created a separate email address for NAN sponsorship business.
