Proposed BYLAWS change to Article III, Section 2, Requirement (f):
The new wording adds a definition of "showholder" as follows:
"...A showholder is defined as the individual or entity that ensures NAMHSA rules and policies are followed and recruits, selects and assigns judges (or has an agent who recruits, selects and assigns judges) to the show's divisions. The showholder (or agent for the showholder) must be present at the show. In the case of an absentee showholder, the agent will be considered the showholder."

*Yes: 246 votes - PASSED
No: 36 votes
Abstain: 24 votes

On April 28th, Barb Ness announced that she would be resigning as Treasurer as of September 1st, 2009.

On April 29th, Susan Hurst posted the latest list of NAMHSA Merit Award winners.
