NAMHSA News for the period of July 16-31, 2010 based on the minutes compiled by Bobbi Devine, Recording Secretary.

JULY 16
--Bobbi Devine (Recording Secretary) submitted the July 1-15 minutes report. The report was approved.

--Eleanor Harvey (NAN Co-Chair) inquired if the date and time for the annual NAMHSA meeting was ready to post publicly. The date is Thursday, July 22 at 11:30 am. Lindsey Hall (President) responded that the information was correct and that she had forwarded the agenda to Silke Brockmoeller (incoming VP).

JULY 20-22
NAN! NAMHSA's show, North American Nationals, was held in Lexington, KY. Minutes from the NAMHSA annual meeting, held July 22, were posted separately.

JULY 28
--Lindsey Hall forwarded concerns from Lauren Wood (NAN Auction Coordinator) regarding a bidder at the NAN 2010 Auction.

JULY 30
--Carmen Robertson (Treasurer) posted that the preliminary GROSS income amount from the NAN Auction/Sweepstakes was $20,324.36. Donor percentages and expenses will come out of that amount. When Carmen has all donor percentages and expense reports, she will prepare a final report on the NAN 2010 Auction including the NET amount made for NAMHSA.

JULY 31
--Lindsey Hall posted that she would send out thank you notes to all the NAN show staff, Auction staff, and volunteers.

--The winner of the Member Show of the Year award was posted publicly - The NAMHSA 2010 MSOTY is Cookeville Classic, hosted by Kylee Demers. The runners up are Models in the Sunshine hosted by Jackie Moore and Cindy Dilks, and Carolina Gold Classic hosted by Julia Harmon.
