Lindsey Hall (Past President) posted that the Auction report was being worked on by Lauren Wood (NAN 2010 Auction Coordinator) and Carmen Robertson (Treasurer) and that she was keeping abreast of the progress. AUGUST 27 --Pauline Entin (Public Relations) expressed concern that the continued delay on the NAN 2010 Auction income information would result in late payment of the sales tax to the Kentucky Dept of Revenue. She also inquired when the judges' payments would be sent out. AUGUST 28 --Carmen Robertson (Treasurer) posted that the NAN 2010 donors had been paid. She received the judge and volunteer information that day and would be working on the payments to them over the weekend. She also mentioned that she had been in touch with the Kentucky Dept of Revenue regarding the taxes and would file them on Monday, August 30th pending receipt of the proper forms. --Lindsey Hall posted an Excel sheet to the files section detailing final selling prices of the auction items and the dollar amounts to NAMHSA and the donors. Also included are the sweepstakes ticket sales amounts, with the amounts to NAMHSA and the donors: Total NAN 2010 Auction income was $18,085 with $11,652.50 to NAMHSA and $6,432.50 to the donors. Total sweepstakes income was $6,470 with $4,817.50 to NAMHSA and $1,652.50 to donors.
