NAMHSA Announces Public Relations Officer

PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER

On March 6th the Board of Directors voted to approve Janna Shepherd as NAMHSA's newest Public Relations Officer. As Public Relations Officer, Janna's responsibilities for the next three years will include issuing press releases, converting the board's minutes into the NAMHSA News, moderating the NAMHSA-Discussion Yahoo Group, maintaining NAMHSA's social media including its Facebook page, and answering NAMHSA questions as needed. She replaces the outgoing Public Relations Officer, Natalie Kilpatrick, who resigned in November of 2014.

Janna has been involved in the model horse hobby since childhood, and besides collecting model horses of all types and sizes, her main interest is performance showing. Her other passions include her pets, photography, and animal rescue.
