NAN 2014

We look forward to seeing all of you and your models at NAN!

The dates for NAN were July 8-10, 2014, preceding Breyerfest, in Lexington, Kentucky.

Please read the NAN 2014 Show Packet thoroughly before sending questions to the Registrar, as most questions can be answered in the packet.

NAMHSA would like to welcome Jim West as he returns as the NAN 2014 Registrar. This is Jim's fourth year as Registrar. Yashka Hallein will be the NAN 2014 Chair and Niki Hertzog (NAN 2013 Chair) will be returning to NAN as the 2014 Auction Coordinator. Click on their names to email them with any questions.

Auction

Final bids will be updated as soon as all payments have been processed and the final list is available. Auction Coordinator Niki Hertzog is in the process of getting shipping/insurance quotes and sending invoices. As lots are paid for she will contact artists with partial donations to get information on where they would like their money sent. Those artists with lots marked with pending amounts will be contacted as soon as she unpacks the bidding sheets and confirms the final bids, which should be by July 18.

Last Minute Instructions 7/2/2014

Good Morning Everyone!

We are less than a week away from NAN! Is everyone ready? I would like to thank you all in advance for your efforts in making NAN a successful, fun filled show for our entrants. Hopefully everything will go off without an major hitches!

To that end, because we cannot get into the Rupp Arena on Monday, our setup will have to be done on Tuesday morning. Therefore, we would like to have ALL volunteers and judges at the arena by 6 am. This will give us time to put numbers on tables, have the volunteer and judges meetings, and the other odds and ends that need to be done finished before 8 am when the first class starts.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the Hall will be open at 6:30 am so arrival can be then. You get a little extra sleep! We will hold volunteer and judges meetings on all 3 days, so please make sure you are present for those. I have attached the judging and volunteer assignments, which are, of course, subject to some change as need be.

Thank you again for your support, and I will see you all in Lexington!
