Packet Pickup 6/11/14

Hi all,

On Monday July 7 there will be two pickup sessions.

Each session will be an 60 to 90 minutes.

Note that these times are tentative and if they change then I will be sending email so it's imperative that you watch for emails from me.

2pm - 3:30pm

7pm - 8pm

Packet pickup will be done in the main lobby of the Clarion (CHIN) Hotel.

I only know / can recall a few of you and for this reason, I will require that you bring and have ready a photo ID when picking up your packet.

You will also be required to sign a Code of Conduct prior to picking up your packet. If you will have helpers, please try to have them there too to sign their Code of Conduct.

If you are a proxy for others, you will receive their packet(s) at that time as well. Please remind me of that as well to make sure.

In your Show Packets you will find your badge and helper badges if you have helpers. These badges MUST be worn at all times and are required for entry into the Show Hall. Your badge will indicate as to which days you are allowed into the Show Hall. DO NOT LOSE YOUR BADGE. There will NOT be replacements. When you pick up your packet, check your badge and bring to my attention any issue(s) with it.

Also in your Show Packet you will find your horse tags. Please verify that your tags are in your packet(s). Also, check your tags against your enclosed Horse List to make sure you have all your tags. Also come find me if you find any issues with your tags. Preferably on Monday. PLEASE take care of your tags. If you lose one or all I will most likely NOT be able to get you replacements. I can provide replacements on a very limited basis. You can not place a model into a ring without its tag otherwise it will be DQ'd.

If you are not able to pick up your Show Packet on Monday at either of the two session times, you may get your packet any time DURING show hours on show days. When you arrive at the check-in table, have a volunteer come and get me and I'll bring you your packet and Code of Conduct to sign. Make sure you have a photo ID available please.
