Announcing the 1st Annual NAN Sweepstakes!

The NAN Sweepstakes is the successor to the NAN raffle of years past. We are proud to include items from some of the most talented artists and tack makers in the hobby.
This year, we've created a unique set of collectible stickers. Each sticker depicts a previous year's NAN cookie (the sculpture seen on the NAN trophies). These stickers will not be produced in even numbers, some will be limited in production. Collect and trade with your friends to get the entire set! Each sticker comes with one sweepstakes ticket which may be entered to win any of the donated items listed below. Stickers are $5 each, and come with one ticket to place in your choice our sweepstakes.
FAQ:
I'm not going to NAN this year, can I still enter?
Absolutely! This year, you do not need to be present to buy stickers or enter the sweepstakes. Please use the check-out button and follow the instructions in the shopping cart to buy your stickers and enter the drawings of your choice. Online entries must be received prior to midnight PST July 22, 2010 (note: extended deadline).
How will my stickers and tickets get to me?
When you check-out, you will get the option have your stickers shipped to you (for an additional $0.44) or you may designate someone to pick them up for you during the week of NAN. If shipped they will begin shipping approximately August 1, 2010.
I will be in Kentucky the week of NAN, can I buy stickers and tickets from you then?
Yes, stickers will be for sale the week of NAN in the HIN, before, and during the NAN Party held Thursday, July 22, 2010. We will be accepting Mastercard, Visa, Discover and cash only.
Where can I buy the stickers and tickets when I'm in Kentucky?
The NAN committee will occasionally be available in room 217 of the HIN to sell stickers. Room 217 is on the second floor of the main hall. Signs will also be posted throughout the HIN as alternative sales locations are established.
Stickers (each with a free ticket) will also be for sale starting 30 minutes before the NAN Party opens and throughout the evening. For the 30 minutes prior to opening, a NAN Party volunteer will be selling stickers outside of the Preakness ballroom in the HIN. During the party, stickers will be sold inside the Preakness ballroom where the party is being held.
What if I just want the tickets and not the stickers?
Just like rosettes, NAMHSA will gladly accept any stickers that are donated back to us.
Do you take PayPal?
Sorry, but we are unable to take PayPal payments for sweepstakes entries this year. We will accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover online and in person, and cash in person.
Can I enter for more than one sweepstakes item?
Each sticker comes with a ticket that is good for one entry into any one sweepstakes item. You may distribute your tickets in any way you like.
Can I pick and choose which stickers I get?
Your stickers will be selected at random. We cannot provide certain stickers upon request.
How will I get my item if I win?
If you are present at the Anniversary Party and your ticket is drawn, you may take your item home with you. If an online ticket holder wins, they will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs, and will be contacted after NAN to make arrangements.
